Over the last few weeks there have been a number of Rotarians and Friends of the Club who have indicated that they have not been receiving the Bulletin.

In addition, several people (including the Editor) have discovered that the Bulletin has been delivered to their email's Junk box.

Should there be a problem with my email, thanks to PP Ross who has changed my email address in Club Runner. Hopefully your email server will not see my new email as spam and send it to Junk!

In an effort to ascertain what else may be going on the editor would like to thank District Governor Mark Humphries for looking at the Bulletin log on Club Runner.

Each week our Bulletin goes out to Club Members, honorary members, Friends, Sponsors, former members, other Clubs in District 9820.

While I am a little reluctant to publicise the following information, last weeks Club Runner log showed the following:

Total Number of Bulletin emails distributed - 128 (100%)

Number of Bulletin emails not delivered - (addresses wrong, incorrect or blocking our Bulletin)  - 18 (14%)

Number of Bulletin emails successfully delivered to recipient's in box - 110 (86%)

Number of Bulletin emails opened by recipients - 33 (30%).

It is disappointing that 77 people who successfully received our Bulletin didn't open it (for whatever reason).

It may be that a number of people don't open the Bulletin because it is being delivered directly into their Junk box.

Feedback on the Bulletin is always welcomed.
