Jenny Rundle is a Peninsula based counsellor and psychotherapist. Her work focuses on
Providing support and education on the psycho-social-spiritual needs of her clients.
Born in Penang, Malaysia, Jenny migrated to Melbourne in 1975. Jenny began her corporate
career in the fields of quality management, organizational development, operational
excellence and change management. Jenny served a longstanding career at multinationals
before moving into management consulting in 2005.
Jenny’s consultancy practice specialized in organizational design and development, end-to-end
process improvement, change management, executive coaching, people culture and diversity,
across industry and across Australia / Asia. Jenny has provided strategic advice to the likes of
Australian Medical Council (AMC), The Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists
(RANZCP), Oakton, Simplot, Telstra, and Government bodies.
Jenny holds a Master of Organizational Behavior. Grad. Dip. Of Counselling and
Psychotherapy: and Certificate IV Crisis Support Telephone Counselling. Jenny is an accredited
facilitator for Prosci Change Management and Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey.
Jenny has been a Member of the Rotary Club of Brighton for 7 years and was awarded the
Paul Harris Fellow and the Royce Abbey awards for her valuable contributions and service
to her Club and Community.
Jenny has volunteered with Lifeline as one of their Crisis Support Telephone Councilors for
2 years. Jenny is a Member of the Research Ethics and Ethics Committee at Calvary Health
Care Bethlehem.
Jenny moved to Rye back beach in 2020 after spending 40 years in Bayside. Jenny has joined
the Dromana Writers Group to learn to write her family biography in the period from the Mao
Cultural revolution to where she is now in Australia.

In the future regarding her Ikebana Floral Therapy counselling model, which she is now
Completing. This model incorporates her holistic person-centered approach with her love for
Oriental Ikebana flower arrangement, eastern philosophy, and psychology.
