Telling and showing us about the huge benefits of
Qi Gong
Both Yvonne and Noel Schmidt are long standing and highly qualified instructors of the ancient art of Qi Gong, which was developed in China centuries ago
It was developed well before Tai Chi, which is a more common practice in Australia,as plenty of practitioners
are running classes for tai chi, whereas qi gong is not wide spread.
Yvonne has her own Youtube, which was very popular during COVID. She met Noel when he was in the Airforce
and had already become a qi gong/tai chi fanatic.
They both have taught these classes for 30 years, and Yvonne now runs a number of classes on the Peninsula.
Noel and Yvonne had many of the Rotarians doing a few simple moves and learning
about the background and health benefits of this ancient Chinese practice.
Noel’s background is one of great achievement, enhanced by his leadership and fitness

* Arrival between 5.50 pm and 6.15 pm
* Tour of the Brewery at 6.15 pm
* Meals served at 6.45 pm.
We will be served wood-fired pizzas with chips (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and non-pizza options available) together with a drink of wine or beer. Further drinks may be purchased at bar prices.
There will be several lucky door prizes and we can look forward to having an enjoyable evening in a relaxed atmosphere.
