Steven is an experienced non-execu2ve director and seasoned CEO with considerable exposure to a diverse range of industries: retail, trade, and
wholesale, in hardware, optometry, 
automotive, toys, sporting goods, outdoor and consumer durables markets.
This broad experience over 40 years has honed his skill in developing and executing strategies that deliver enhanced outcomes for all stakeholders, within complex multi-channel business models and different ownership structures which have included:
 
Private Cooperatives, Publicly Listed, Multinational, Private Equity and most recently Not For Profit.
Having been described as a 'hearts and minds leader', he is highly skilled in building and engaging teams, sales, marketing, store operations, merchandise and store development, and has worked with household brand names such as Toyworld, Repco, DeWalt, Black & Decker, and Home Timber & Hardware.
