Spit Roast Youth Fund Raiser

Starting at 4.00 pm onwards, on Saturday 15 April Rotary Mt Eliza is holding a Spit Roast Fundraiser for the Youth Program at the home of Rotarian Neil Heron. Dinner will be served at 6.00 pm
We aim to have a minimum of 50 to 60 guests in attendance on what should be a great occasion for fellowship, fun and fund-raising.
President John Welsh, a celebrated “foodie”, is cooking the beef spit roast. This will be accompanied by salads, pasta, rice and greens. A delicious pavlova will finish off the meal.

All Rotarians, Friends, Honorary Members, Family and other supporters are asked to attend this special event.

There will be other fun activities that will add to the evening’s entertainment and fellowship.
Neil’s address is 610 Moorooduc Road, Mt Eliza - corner of Wooralla Drive & Moorooduc Road (opposite Tullys). Enter from Wooralla Drive.
In the event of rain there is plenty of room undercover.
The cost of the evening is $33 per person and BYO drinks.

Frankston Art Show
I am the Image Director at the Rotary Club of Frankston and I am writing to you to promote our Fundraiser.

We’re really excited to be presenting the Art Show, after a lay off of over 30 years! It will be held over the Easter period at the Seaford Community Centre and will feature some great artists, in particular the Brush Brigade from Broken Hill. As always with Rotary, there will be a grateful recipient of proceeds from the Show, the SES, to help fund their purchase of a new vehicle. Additionally, we are holding a Gala Opening on Thursday 6 th April at the Community Centre. You will find all of the information on our website www.frankstonrotaryartshow.com.au. We would love to see you there!

RI Convention in MELBOURNE
Action required: Share urgently with your Club members who have not yet registered for the Convention

There are now just 2.5 months until the 2023 RI Convention in Melbourne but there is still time to register for what promises to be an extraordinary event. Rotary Conventions bring together in one place the entire Rotary Family to share their Rotary passion and connect for inspiration, learning and fellowship.

Because they are held in a different location around the world each year, RI conventions provide a wonderful opportunity to combine a fabulous Rotary extravaganza with a great holiday. As someone who has been to half a dozen International Conventions over the years, I can tell you that each one is different, each one has excellent speakers, each one has a great house of friendship and each one has great hospitality events all along with wonderful fellowship.
