Kieser Mornington was a valued sponsor of the Rotary Club of Mount Eliza Golf Day in April, helping support one of our club's key fundraising events. More recently, they reached out to the community seeking the loan of an exercise bike as part of the national Move Around Australia Challenge.
One of our Rotary members was pleased to answer the call and provide a bike to support the initiative.
The challenge brought together Kieser clinics across Australia in a collective effort to promote movement, connection and wellbeing while raising funds for mental health organisations R U OK? and Let’s Talk.
The results were impressive. Participants travelled a combined 396,557 kilometres, equivalent to 27.3 laps around Australia, and raised more than $150,000 to support mental health initiatives nationwide. Mornington achieved an outstanding result, finishing as the fourth highest-performing clinic in Australia for kilometres travelled.
We congratulate the team at Kieser Mornington on this achievement and thank them for the important contribution they continue to make to the health and wellbeing of our local community.
This story highlights the value of community organisations supporting one another. Whether through sponsorship, volunteering, lending equipment or sharing expertise, every contribution helps strengthen the networks that make our community a better place.
At Rotary Club of Mount Eliza, we are proud to work alongside organisations such as Kieser Mornington that share our commitment to making a positive difference.
