Working Bee Sunday Feb 12 - Moorooduc Station. 10.00am - 11.30am
This month's working bee is on the proposed Bay Trail site south west of the station. We will be removing  the seed heads from the Watsonia lilies and bagging them, grubbing out gorse and blackberries and any maintenance the trees/plants put in by the students need. The area is flat and easy to access. Most of the work is not strenuous. We will be loading the weeds into a trailor to be disposed. Parking is in the Railway carpark accessed from Moorooduc Highway on the left just before the Eramosa Road roundabout heading towards Frankston. NOT the Railway Station Car Park. (Those that remember the run with the train will recall the marshalling area on the Mornington side of the railway line. That is the carpark you need.) Bring a drink bottle, sustenance, gloves, seceteurs or other suitable gardening weapon. We have some you can borrow if you have none of your own.
